My name is Antonio Suma and I am the founder of Pastificio Suma. This adventure began in 1978, together with my wife Lucia, driven by a deep passion for artisanal pasta and the traditions of our land. Over the last twenty years, this passion has become a shared legacy: my children, Arcangelo and Antonella, have chosen to join me, bringing new energy and a modern vision that enriches our story.
